The Rules Last Updated: 4 August 2026
1. Please read these Rules alongside our Competition Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (“the Policies”) before entering the Cutie Clash Pageant competition. Your participation in the competition, or your use of any website hosting or detailing our competition (“the Website”), constitutes your automatic acceptance of these Rules and the Policies. Some obligations and definitions may be explained in one or more of these documents, and all three should be read together.

2. The Cutie Clash Pageant competition is owned and administered by Cutie Clash Pageant (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”). The Promoter is the Responsible Party, as defined under South African data protection legislation, for all personal data processed in connection with your entry into this competition.

3. Any questions or concerns relating to the competition, these Rules, or your entry can be directed to hello@cutieclashpageant.co.za. Our team will respond to your query as soon as possible and will do their best to make sure your experience is a great one.

4. This competition is open to South African residents only. The person entering a child into the competition (the “Entrant”) must be 18 years of age or older and must have full legal capacity to understand and enter into binding agreements as of the date of entry. By entering, you warrant that you meet these requirements. If entering on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you have the full authority of that entity to do so.

5. Entry into Cutie Clash Pageant is open to children aged 0 to 12 years old (from newborn to twelve years of age) at the time of entry. The Entrant must be the child’s parent or legal guardian. By entering, you confirm that you have full parental or legal authority to enter the child into the competition and to consent to their photo or video being displayed publicly on the Cutie Clash Pageant platform.

6. Employees of Cutie Clash Pageant (Pty) Ltd, members of their immediate families (including live-in partners), and any person directly involved in the operation, administration, or promotion of the competition are not eligible to enter or vote. Any entries or votes identified as being from ineligible persons will be disqualified. Prize winners must hold a valid South African bank account in order to receive any cash prizes, and may be required to verify their identity, age, and residency before any prize is awarded.

7. Entry into the competition is submitted via the Website and is always free of charge. There is no entry fee and no purchase required to enter your Cutie into any monthly competition. Each child may be entered once per competition month.

8. All photos and videos submitted are screened by our team before going live. Only approved entries will be published on the Website and issued a unique competition entry profile. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any entry at its sole discretion. Entries that are inappropriate, distasteful, low quality, duplicate, or that feature persons other than the entered child will not be approved and will be removed without notice.

9. All photos and videos published on the Website will be watermarked with the Cutie Clash Pageant watermark before going live. This watermark is applied automatically to protect your child’s image. Your child’s surname, address, and all other personal contact details will never be displayed publicly on the Website. Only your child’s first name and the competition entry content you choose to submit will be visible to the public.

10. The competition opens at 00:00 on the first day of each competition month and closes at 23:59:59 on the last day of that competition month. Votes received after the closing time will not be counted. Entries close 3 days before the end of the month to allow our team to approve photos and videos. Children entered during this period will participate in the following month’s competition.

11. A registered and logged-in account is required to vote, earn free daily votes, play games, and make vote purchases on the platform. Creating an account is free. Voting and all vote-earning mechanics are only available to users who are actively logged in at the time of participation.
Voting is available through the following methods:

a) Free Daily Votes
Registered users who are logged in receive 8 free votes per day, automatically credited to their account at midnight each day. Free daily votes reset every 24 hours and may not be accumulated or carried over. These votes may be cast for any entry on the platform. Free daily votes are only awarded to users who are logged into their account – votes are not credited to accounts that are not active or logged in at the time of the daily reset.

b) Games Votes
Registered users who are logged in may earn bonus votes by playing games on our Games page. For every 1 minute of active, verified gameplay, the user earns 5 bonus votes, credited automatically to their account. Active gameplay means the user is actively interacting with the game – votes will not be credited for inactive sessions or open browser tabs where no activity is detected. Full games rules are set out in Rule 12.

c) Spin the Wheel Registered users who are logged in may spin the Cutie Clash vote wheel once per week for a chance to earn bonus votes. The number of votes awarded depends on where the wheel lands. Spin results are final and non-transferable. After spinning, the user may elect to watch a short advertisement to double the votes earned on that spin. Watching the advertisement is entirely optional. The ad-doubling mechanic applies to that spin’s result only and does not apply to any other votes in the user’s account.

d) Purchased Votes Additional votes may be purchased via credit or debit card and other payment methods as listed on our Buy Votes page. A registered and logged-in account is required to make any purchase. Current vote bundle pricing is displayed on the Buy Votes page and may be updated from time to time.

e) Flash Double Days From time to time, the Promoter will announce a Flash Double Day on the official Cutie Clash Pageant social media channels. On a Flash Double Day, any votes purchased via paid methods during the announced window will receive double the votes for the same price; meaning the purchase price remains unchanged but the votes credited are doubled. Flash Double Days are announced at the Promoter’s sole discretion, on random dates, with no fixed schedule. Free daily votes, games votes, and spin the wheel votes are not doubled under this mechanic. The doubling applies only to purchases made within the announced Flash Double Day window and will be clearly communicated on social media at the time of announcement.

12. Games – Specific Rules:
Games are available on the Games page of the Website and are accessible to registered users who are logged into their account. A valid, active login session is required to earn votes through gameplay.

Bonus votes are earned at a rate of 5 votes per 1 minute of active, verified gameplay. Votes are credited to the user’s account automatically at each 60-second interval of confirmed active play. Active play is defined as gameplay during which the registered user is demonstrably interacting with the game. Sessions where no interaction is detected will be paused and will not earn votes until activity resumes.

Six games are available on the platform. Users may play any combination of games, and votes accumulate across all games played within a session or day.

Games must be played manually by the registered user. The use of bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of software assistance to play games, simulate activity, or earn votes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification of the relevant account and forfeiture of all votes earned.

Votes earned through games are credited to the registered user’s account and may be allocated to any valid competition entry on the platform.

The Promoter reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games and their associated vote reward rates at any time without notice.
Any technical errors that occur during gameplay that result in incorrect vote allocation should be reported to hello@cutieclashpageant.co.za. The Promoter’s decision regarding disputed game votes is final.

13. To maintain fairness for all participants, the Promoter reserves the right to review and audit voting activity, gameplay sessions, and account behaviour at any time. Any patterns that appear irregular, fraudulent, or in breach of these Rules — including the use of multiple accounts, vote manipulation, automated voting or gameplay, or coordinated artificial vote inflation — will result in the suspension and disqualification of the relevant entry or user account. Votes or gameplay time removed in this way will not be refunded or reinstated.

14. Voters must have the account holder’s or bill payer’s permission before making any purchased vote transactions. The Promoter is not liable for any unauthorised charges. Proof of authorisation may be requested before any prize is awarded.

15. All vote purchases are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. The Promoter does not store payment card details. In the event of a technical failure during a vote purchase transaction, please contact hello@cutieclashpageant.co.za with your proof of payment and we will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Completed vote purchases are non-refundable unless a confirmed technical error on the Promoter’s side prevented the votes from being credited.

16. At the close of each competition month, prizes and recognition are awarded as follows:
16.1 Top 3 Winners
The 3 entries with the highest total vote count at the close of the competition month are declared that month’s Top 3 Winners and each receive a prize as detailed on the Prizes page. In the event of a tie in vote count between two or more entries at the close of the competition month, the entry that reached that vote count first during the competition month will be declared the higher-ranked winner.

16.2 Voter Lucky Draw
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible voters at the close of each competition month. To be eligible for the Voter Lucky Draw, a voter must:
Hold an active Cutie Clash Pageant voter account in good standing;
Have cast at least one vote during the competition month; and
Be following Cutie Clash Pageant on all official social media page (Facebook and Instagram) at the time of the draw.
The lucky draw winner will receive a prize as detailed on the Prizes page. The random selection process is conducted at the Promoter’s sole discretion and the result is final.

16.3 Games Champion
The registered user with the highest total verified and active gameplay time across all games for that competition month is declared the Games Champion. In the event of a tie in total gameplay time, the user who reached that time first during the competition month will be declared the winner. The Games Champion will be announced on the Cutie Clash Pageant social media pages and featured permanently in the Winners Hall of Fame on the website. There are currently no allocated prizes for the Games Champion. The Promoter reserves the right to introduce prizing for the Games Champion at any future competition month at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided on the website and social media pages.

16.4 General Prize Conditions
Prizes may include cash, vouchers, hampers, or other items as announced on the Prizes page at the start of each competition month. Prize types and values rotate monthly at the Promoter’s discretion. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated. Winners will be contacted by email using the address registered to their Cutie Clash Pageant account within 5 business days of the winner announcement. Prizes will be distributed within 10-15 business days of the winner announcement. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

17. Winners will be announced on the Winners Hall of Fame page of the Website and via our social media channels. Prize winners will be contacted directly by the Promoter via the email address and phone number provided on their entry or account registration within 5 business days of the competition closing. The Promoter may request additional information to verify that the prize winner qualifies to receive their prize before payment is made.

18. Prizes will be awarded to verified winners within 10–15 business days of the competition closing date, subject to successful identity and eligibility verification. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where the prize is cash). The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable.

19. Failure to respond to prize winner notifications within 7 days of being contacted may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for prize notifications that go to spam, junk, or are undelivered due to incorrect contact details provided at the time of entry or account registration.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to use the first name and competition entry photo or video of any winner for promotional purposes across the Website and official Cutie Clash Pageant social media channels, unless the winner explicitly objects in writing. No surname, address, or personal contact information will ever be shared publicly.

21. Failure to comply with any of these Rules may result in disqualification from the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where a breach of these Rules is suspected or confirmed. In such cases, the Promoter may reassign the relevant prize to another qualifying entrant.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition or any part of it at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. In the event of cancellation, the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to notify affected participants and, where applicable, to issue appropriate refunds for purchased votes that were not able to be used.

23. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition — including but not limited to vote disputes, entry approvals, prize awards, games results, gameplay time verification, and rule interpretations — is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

24. The Cutie Clash Pageant competition and all associated activities are governed exclusively by the laws of South Africa. We adhere to the Code of Conduct as set out by the Wireless Application Service Providers’ Association (WASPA) in relation to all applicable voting and digital services.

25. These Rules may be updated from time to time. The current version, along with the date of the most recent update, will always be available on this page. Continued participation in the competition following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.
